Sad With What I Have

Sad With What I Have, 2018, focuses on the journey, memory, and the nature of the exchange that happens. When people physically leave a place, we distance ourselves from that place and inherently leave a part of ourselves there, taking only the memories with us. There is a subconscious exchange between our past and our present that we only recognize after it occurs, and sometimes never. Obscured dreamscapes and pathways speak to the uneasy relationship between what we perceive as truth in our memory.
